Chloe Lowry Makeup specialises in all things make-up and beauty. I have been working for the last 13 years as a professional make-up artist and specialising in all bridal and occasions make-up. More recently, in the last 5 years we have also started offering specialised beauty treatments such as waxing, tinting, gel nails, spray tans, gel manicures and pedicures. I am also very excited to announce that we have also launched phi-brows which is a form of micro-blading.
